Default How to install the Clip art files from Office 07

I've reinstalled office 07 on my computer after a crash. After the
installation, I tried to insert a clip art piece and got the message " I need
to reinstall the cd again and run it from the computer". I tried that, no
success. HELP!
Thanks...
