Please state your full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3; Vista x64 SP2).
How does your question pertain to Outlook Express? (Installing IE8 doesn't
give you OE8, and installing IE7 doesn't give you OE7 either. OE6 running
in WinXP is the end of the line.)
Have you installed IE8 already or are you trying to install it?
